In () the Computer Science from the UFC is incorporated, which became the 7th department in the institute, whose total number of members is now over 600. Two years later, as a part of the TEMIS Science project, the extension works in the cleanroom fishines, by increasing its area on 865 m² more to its initial extension.〔http://www.femto-st.fr/f/d/Salle-blanche-TEMIS-Sciences.pdf〕 In 2014, the second part of the project is completed by the inauguration of the new building which hosts the headquarters and the departments of Optics and MN2S.〔http://temis-sciences.franche-comte.fr/temis-sciences〕 FEMTO-ST has become also one of the biggest research institute in the field of science of engineering in France.〔http://www.temis.org/assets/files/TEMIS-News/TEMIS-News-44-en.pdf〕〔http://www.ardfc.org/index.php?module=actualite&id=1335&motscles=femto〕〔http://www.ac3e.cl/index.php/en/news/item/57-ac3e-director-visits-france〕 It has presence over Franche-Comté on the three geographical sites Besançon, Belfort and Montbéliard. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「FEMTO-ST Institute」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
